Question about watercolour?

So I’m using Mont Marte water colours (12 tubes).
I’m going to buy another paint, because i’m starting chinese painting.

1.How do you dispose of water colour?

2.Is it okay to throw away the tubes with paint inside in the bin?

3.What about paint on a palette, can i throw that away or what should i do?

4.The water i use to clean my brushes with while i’m painting, can i pour that down the drain or what do i do?
Sorry about my English, it’s bad. >.>

Why throw it out? Even if the watercolors dry out, they can always be rehydrated and used. Even the paint on the palette is reusable. And some time down the road you may want to pick up your watercolors again.
Yes you can dump the used water down the drain.

Instead of throwing your paint and palette away, take it to a community college or university near you and give them to another student.

While you are working with watercolor, pour your water in the toilet. If you are going to throw your paints away, take them to a toxics dump or transfer station. Call your local garbage department to see what they want you to do there. Dirty paper towels or rags should go to the toxics dump, too.

water color has no binders or resins, just pure pigments, so if you have to just wash them down a sink
