    The instructor is mainly talking about rain bamboo, its growth, leaves position and direction, stems, ink densities and variations
    At 2:12, its the prototype or typical pattern of 4 bamboo leaves known as the Jie ( 介 ) character. 介 resembles the typical 4 bamboo leaves painted together as a set and we can add more sets by following this pattern. We surely have a lot more bamboo painting videos like this.
